Your responsibilities

As a Compliance Specialist you are responsible for monitoring and ensuring that the company secures and obtains all applicable permits and licenses to conduct its business and that the company complies with all filings and submissions of reports with the different government agencies and local government units having jurisdiction over the same.

You are also responsible for evaluating and monitoring the company’s policies and procedures to ensure all employees are compliant; as well as ensuring that the company's operations adhere to the laws and regulations within its industry.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field of study
• Finished at least all the regular courses in second-year law school (preferred, but not required)
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and procedures on the application of permits and licenses and the preparation of reports with different government agencies and local government units
• Proficiency in MS Office applications such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint presentation
• Oral and Written Communication Skills
• Influencing and negotiation skills
