The people are very approachable. Often times I ask advice from the manager and supervisor I get to share the shuttle with and they would shower tips in socializing, most especially with the executives and how to make my stay worthwhile in the company

High performance is manifested, owner's mindset is emphasized, learning and growth is experienced, there is always a good atmosphere, and the company values of integrity, teamwork, innovation, responsibility and service excellence which is aligned to my personal values especially with integrity, teamwork, and excellence are concretely practiced. This culture and values I believe is extended outside office hours which I also am willing to bring with me in my day to day life.

the people are valuable assets in the company and the work culture I have experienced here is very helpful in achieving my day-to-day tasks. my workmates are very eager to learn and helps each other to grow. the technical training specialist is very passionate in teaching. the organizational structure for every department is divided into roles that have a clearly specified tasks. the people outside my department are very friendly and joyful.

The team leaders are very encouraging and promotes teamwork and togetherness of the group. The colleagues are supportive and fun to be around both in and after office hours

Inside the company, most of the time is really doing the task assigned but still we have time to mingle with others as a way to de-stress. Socializing with the colleagues has never been a problem even with the superiors or top management.

Everyone here in TVI are dedicated to the success of the company. Also, I can say that I am in a healthy work environment since everyone here are very kind, approachable, and helpful no matter what their position may be.

The company has a lively and productive workplace environment. Mentors are readily available and approachable. They make sure that their team members are comfortable in asking questions. The different departments work hand to hand in providing a great learning environment for the new employees. They conduct team building activities that promotes camaraderie among the team members and between the members and their team leaders.

The company culture is excellent and transcends through all levels of the organization and business units (BUs) of the AboitizPower group. There is a great teamwork and socialization amongst colleagues within the BU and reaching out to them is not quite difficult. Furthermore, there are a lot of activities that allow engagement between TMs and TLs among various BUs. Another great thing within our team is that we have a good relationship with our TLs and even execs.

During office hours, I sense a feeling of satisfaction and enjoyment from the employees around me because I see that they are performing their jobs to the best of their abilities. Respect and teamwork are highly valued here in AboitizPower because our supervisors and senior employees are very willing to help us in our tasks by explaining and sharing their knowledge gained through experience. Also, in the shuttle service, I meet other employees and feel happy because they acknowledge me as one of their colleagues and not just another cadet engineer. I believe it is important for new cadets to feel this way to truly improve in our roles. People here are friendly and approachable, and I don't feel intimidated approaching even the supervisors for advice because they also want to offer guidance.

The culture within the company made a huge impact in my life where I was even able to apply it on my daily life.
