There i still a working progress in the mindset of some of the TMs in the company about the LGBTQIA+ community. But, the company does not lack in representing them because they have programs that help them celebrate them as a community. The benefits covering family members also accommodate same-sex partners.

It can be observed that there is actually diversity within the company. However, there is still some perceptions exuding pertaining to homophobia, and racism which are minorly incorporated in humor. But the system in itself those were condemned so I believe it is good.

I mean there is no "commitment" per se and that shouldn't be a thing. You should not commit to diversity but rather welcome diversity. We hire people based on performance and work ethic REGARDLESS OF gender, race, or even disability. The company is not hiring these people just for the sake of committing to diversity and that should be the case so I think the word "committed" is a weird term to use here.

I can observe the company's commitment to diversity and inclusion. We have employees that were originally from different provinces outside Cebu, not to mention the foreigner employees. The company also practices gender equality.

The company is very welcoming to its employees and do not discriminate. They provide the necessary services needed without preference over the other.

I observe that AboitizPower does not distinguish employees based on gender, race, or beliefs. Instead, they prioritize the abilities and values of the worker.
