Corporate Social Responsibility
I've been part of most of the CSR activities of the company. Pre-pandemic, we had Brigada Eskwela, Tree Planting, etc. Now, we support various organizations and advocacies through Aboitiz Foundation's KINDER Program.

Culture

Culture
We seldom use "Miss" and "Sir" because our leaders prefer calling them by their first name/ nickname. My team has a regular huddle at the start of the week and a team "bonfire" at the end of the week. We have monthly get-togethers as a department. We have regular two-way dialogue sessions with our leaders.

Our company extended benefits towards common law and LGBT partners. We can have them as beneficiaries, which demonstrates a progressive culture. I love it.

Part of our culture is owner's mindset. This is not just in terms of decision making, but also how we use resources in the office which definitely has an impact on the environment (e.g., if there's no value added to printing a document, the softcopy will suffice). Moreover, part of our mission is to provide electricity with the least possible adverse effects on our environment, and this is something that our company wholeheartedly puts into practice.
