Responsibilities:
- Develop knowledge of all hiring requirements
- Pre-Screen applications and conduct face-to-face or phone interviews for the initial selection of qualified candidates for various hiring demands
- Schedule qualified candidates for assessments and interviews
- Ensure that complete candidate information is uploaded into applicant tracker and endorsed to the appropriate Client recruitment team
