Finance Associate (Start ASAP)

Job responsibilities:

• Utilize tools such as Xero and Juan Tax for the execution of different accounting processes 
• Assist in scrutinizing the complete process of audit checks, balance sheets, and accounts
• Process bi-monthly and monthly salary disbursements
• Assist in reconciliating all financial transactions
• Assist in collecting receipts and other transaction documents of the company
• Discuss with the Manager and Immediate Supervisor about audit observations, recommendations, and necessary actions to be taken
• Assist in government-related financial requirements
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Assist in carrying out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, binding, etc.
• Hybrid set-up. Must work onsite 3-4 times a week

Job Qualification:

• Is a Team Player
• Preferably with 1-year experience as Bookkeeper/Assistant Accountant
• Practical working knowledge of accounting processes including invoicing, receipting, debit/credit transactions
• Knowledge using Xero (accounting software) is a plus
• Strong and accurate attention to detail
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
