Recruitment Process

Applicants will go through series of interviews that will test their qualifications. Once passed, trainings will be offered before moving forward in the process, if necessary. After completing and passing the final interview, the job will be offered. By this time, potential hires will have to start completing their requirements before signing their employment contracts.
Successful applicants have impressive communication skills that will be the main focus of their job. Also, they have the drive, determination and—most importantly—the passion to perform. Aloricans are always ready to unleash the possibilities and be a part of something insanely great.

Remuneration & Career Growth

GROSS SALARY

Gross salary differs across different accounts and will be coordinated with applicants once they choose their preferred accounts (Starts at 19,500 monthly salary in Metro Manila sites)
