Your role & responsibilities

The IT OJT (On the Job Training) will assist to the IT Desktop Support and IT Specialist.

• Installing desktop operating systems.
• Configure the basic desktop setting.
• Install hardware and other peripherals, like keyboard, mouse, and others.
• Set up printers.
• Perform basic desktop troubleshooting.
• Monitor incidents and request tickets.
• Reply and answer chat support queries as the first level of support.
• Assist client desktop movement as per request.
• Assist in IT inventory.
• Perform desktop maintenance.
• Additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by the IT Lead or IT Manager.

• Hardworking and willing to be trained.
• Render 1800 work hours.
• Memorandum of Agreement from the school.
