Your role & responsibilities

• Work closely with Level 4 Graphic Designers and the regional and local Bids & Proposals teams.
• Provide ideas for communicating through images
• Manage and maintain all graphics-related files such as images, infographics, etc. for transmittal, and production.
• Responsible for leading and addressing challenges related to the overall proposal, presentation, development, scheduling, and production, etc. within the pursuit team.
• Align with the marketing team to promote consistent application of the Arcadis brand standards.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Design, Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, or an equivalent experience in the field
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications
• Fundamental apps like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Indesign
• Experience in creating and editing videos is a plus but not necessary
• Possess creative flair, versatility, and conceptual ability
• Demonstrate graphic design skills with a strong portfolio across print and digital assets
