About BPI

Your responsibilities

• Process client’s maintenance requests to support auxiliary services available in digital channels.
• Handle/resolve clients’ complaints by coordinating with the concerned unit or partner merchants.
• Process all requests within the standard turn-around-time.
• Process all requests in accordance with the approved policies and procedures.
• Provide support to the department and other units in the group by performing. administrative and other support functions.

Training & development

• Officers training programs - which initiate new officers into their leadership roles.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, IT, or any related course.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint).
