About BPI

Your role

• Perform standard collection activity for delinquent customers to reduce or minimize the Flow Rate and Past Due Obligation(PDO) Rate of Business Banking (BB) while maintaining compliance with data privacy and adherence to the Bank’s policies and procedures.
• Provides resolution to customer inquiries in a professional and business-like manner.
• Monitor account activity to verify members' compliance with agreed-upon arrangements.
• Assist with documenting all processes and procedures related to collection efforts.

Training & development

BPI has a wide array of training programs and activities. They use a blended learning approach that includes workshops, coaching/mentoring, instructor-led training sessions, and web-based training courses. 

• Officers training programs - which initiate new officers into their leadership roles.
