You can really feel that they care about their employees
What I like about Bayer is that they stick with their LIFE values. They provide great care for employee's life and health concerns. During the pandemic, Bayer immediately implemented the work-from-home to ensure safety. Aside from that, I've always felt their excellent leadership.

What Insiders Say
There are many career opportunities at Bayer. All you have to do is work hard and be open always to challenges. Overcoming these challenges help you land good opportunities in the organization.
Bayer conducts sustainability training and I also read on our site that Bayer launched the Bayer Kubo. It is a vegetable farm project established by the Philippine team to provide a sustainable source of food and income for urban communities needing support. The newly launched project in Calauan is the second Bayer Kubo, following the Taguig site in Metro Manila.
The culture of the company is very open and inclusive for all. In team meetings, everyone is encouraged to raise their ideas. Other than work related, we also have team engagements where we could just socialize with our teammates.
Yes. They are one chat away and are not hard to reach out to. My team leader is always checking on me if I'm getting enough rest especially when my team leader notices that I've been working more than our required working hours.
The company is generous when it comes to pay and incentives. There are cash grants when an employee rendered a specific number of years of service which is a good thing/ acknowledgment for employee's loyalty.
Our company provides soft and hard skills. We have a variety of choice when it to comes to training materials. We also have required training wherein the company monitor and test our progress and knowledge.
