Your role & responsibilities

Inbox Management:

  • Efficiently manage the shared inbox where work requests are received.

Ticket Creation:

About you

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM for efficient workflow management - preferred but not required.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail to handle diverse tasks simultaneously.
  • Capability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to engage in basic-level email conversations with brokers, ensuring clarity and professionalism.

Scope:

  • Back Office Support - This role is focused on providing back-office support and is not client-facing.

Additional Note: Verbal and written communication in English is crucial. The person in this role will be responding to emails from brokers, asking follow-up questions, and updating them on request status. As many team members see these emails as if they are coming from the primary contact, maintaining clear and professional English communication is essential.

Schedule:

  • Full-time - Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM Central time with 1-hour unpaid lunch break (11:00 pm - 8:00 am Manila Time).
  • Must be available during Central Time business hours.
