Pros & Cons

  • We have freedom to choose the path that we would like to pursue, but with enough guidance from the seniors.
  • One of the best things about working with Capgemini is their culture and being able to work in the comfort of your home.
  • The people are cooperative, and they teach the new employees without being aggressive
  • Able to work from home during this pandemic
  • We work as a team
  • Upskilling, Flexi Time
  • Not worst but compared to other IT consulting companies, they rarely give incentives. HMO benefits are also not that good compared from other companies
  • Shift schedules and low income.

The trainings we have currently are online. I am in favor when we were training on small number of participants and when there is a trainer. The other training is good as well such as we can learn on our own pace.
