CMS has been established in 2009 together with its sister company, Linkserve Solutions BPO Inc., another BPO that specializes in inbound and outbound voice calls. They are based in Philippines and current clientele includes mostly businesses in North America, and soon UK and Australia.

Recruitment Process

Recruitment process at Linkserve Solutions BPO Inc.:

Within 24 hours, they will receive a call from a recruitment officer for a short phone interview.
If qualified, they will receive an email containing the list of the pre-training requirements.
Applicants will then be required to attend a panel interview that usually happens between 11:30 PM to 4:00 AM MNL time via Zoom conference.
If applicants passed the panel interview, they will be scheduled for training.
