Your responsibilities

• Use social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter) to look for and connect with potential candidates.
• Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates.
• Collaborate with Recruiters to identify each position’s requirements.
• Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates.
• Access different job portals and upload applicant resumes.
• Phone-Screening candidates.
• Encode applicant information in the applicant tracking system.
• Assist in checking the system requirements of applicants.
• Act as a support to sourcing/recruitment-related activities.

About you

Requirements:

• Working for a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business.
• Management or equivalent is preferred.
• Can work in a fast-paced working environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in using Google Workspace.
• Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously.
• Strong admin, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Minimum of 400 hours required.

System requirements:

• At least 15mbps main internet and at least 10mbps for backup.
• A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup.
• Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
• A webcam and a smartphone.
• Noise-canceling USB headset.
• Quiet surrounding a dedicated home office.
