Your responsibilities

• Responsible for the time logs of the contractors, making sure that correct hours logged are recorded in preparation for payroll computation.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks such as reports, recons, queries, and meetings needed from our team.
• Payroll Tracker and Invoice preparation.
• Audit screenshots.
• Monitor Trainee Hours, and update Airtable and other trackers.

Compensation & benefits

• Prosple salary range Php 25,000 - 27,000.
• They pay by the hour and the salary will depend on your experience and the client.
• Performance Bonus.
• Wellness Allowance.
• Internet Allowance.

About you

• Working a Degree in Accounting or Audit, Business Management, or equivalent is preferred.
• Can work in a fast-paced working environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in using Google Workspace.
• Good time-management skills.
• Strong admin, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Minimum of 300 hours required.
