Your responsibilities

• Estimate architectural and structural works of a project.
• Generate project budget from the estimated quantities.
• Cost evaluation and monitoring.
• Permits requirement monitoring and collation.
• Closing of contracts, work orders, and purchase orders.

About you

• Candidate must possess at least the Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam) in Civil Engineering.
• Preferably 1-2 years of work experience in Engineering - Quantity Surveying/Cost Management.
• Can work under pressure and with deadlines.
• Innovative and has initiative.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be willing to work in the head office.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
