D.M. Consunji, Incorporated (DMCI) was founded on December 24, 1954, in a small room in Pandacan, Manila, with the vision of building a generation of Filipinos.

DMCI began by constructing chicken houses for the Bureau of Animal Industry. From this, DMCI earned a reputation for on-time delivery and quality work. Since then, major projects such as the Tacloban Coca-Cola Plant and the Bacnotan Cement Plant were awarded to the company.

Your role

  • Estimates (Rehash) and orders DMCI-supplied materials, ensures timely delivery, and monitors inventory of OSM and subcontractor materials.
  • Review plans/drawings and ensure correct implementation.
  • Manages / Coordinates with Plumbing / Sanitary and Fire Protection Subcontractors.
  • Participates in toolbox meetings and ensures safe work practices are implemented.
  • Monitors productivity of Plumbing / Sanitary and Fire Protection Subcontractors.
  • Secures approval of shop drawings before implementation.
  • Checking of As-Built plans and ensuring the accuracy of submitted As-Built.
  • Reconciles change order and closing of account with the Plumbing / Sanitary and Fire Protection contractor.
  • Billing evaluation of Plumbing / Sanitary and Fire Protection contractor.

About you

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Mechanical Engineering.
