Your role & responsibilities

  • Helpdesk for seller’s commission inquiry.
  • Provide helpdesk assistance to all commission-related concerns. Ensure that commission inquiries of all sellers are properly coordinated with concerned departments.
  • Define a fair, equitable, and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned with the company’s strategy and business goals.
  • Responsible for managing the seller’s database through accurate and regular updating of all necessary information including correct hierarchy, sellers' information, and movement or termination of sellers.
  • Employment verification of Sellers from Banks and other companies.
  • Conduct periodic audits and prepare and present reports.

About you

  • Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree or any related courses (BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Finance).

  • Good written and oral communication skills.
