  • Monitor and ‘Close’ any open order that are beyond the agreed SLA
  • Acceptance and Sorting of packages from Amicassa across all 3PL,
  • Endorsement of packages to other 3PL
  • Preparation / Waybill Generated / Letter Shopping
  • Resolve or escalate Exemptions within 24H
  • Monitoring of all documents endorse to Mailroom and CLOSE Incident Reports in 72H
  • Submit Client related reports at 95%
  • Practice strict coordination to achieve OTD SLA
  • Consolidate Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports
  • Received and Process of Billings
  • Monitor account performance
  • Collaborate with LM team
  • Address and resolve issues of non compliance
  • Health and Safety protocols and projects
  • Polite, clear, concise, and updated feedback to internal and external customers
  • Act as group Team Leader from time to time

Job Qualifications:

  • At least college level

With work experience in:

  • Mailroom Operations
  • Account Management
  • Report analysis
  • Proficient in excel
  • Result oriented
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Can work in minimal supervision
  • With basic communication and Customer service skills
