The initial process for hiring is the screening of the resume. This gives the recruiter time to review and screen the profile provided by the candidate. Once reviewed, the recruiter will reach out to the selected candidates to take the online exam and once the team has the results, the candidate will be scheduled for an HR Interview. This usually takes at least 30 minutes to 1 hour. If passed, the candidate will be scheduled for an interview with the Hiring Managers. The results might take 1-2 weeks. Once all the process has been completed, the recruiter will schedule the candidates who passed up until the last stage for a job offer discussion,
