Responsibilities

  • Monitors daily productivity of staff to ensure that the target take-outs, service levels, and other key objectives are achieved.
  • Provides supervision and side-by-side training to Customer Financing-HDMF Associate to deliver high and quality customer service.
  • Responsible for conducting regular meetings with staff to discuss performance reviews and provide recommendations to improve the quality and quantity of the work done.
  • Creates, modifies, and prepares daily and periodic reports to be used internally to the unit and for management purposes.
