Your role

• Assists in the project development team in the project development process
• Assists in the conduct of market and competitor study
• Assists in the project uploading, inventory management, project monitoring 
• Participates in the implementation of marketing events and sales activities

Training, development & rotations

Training and Development is one of the priority programs of the Company.

To prepare employees to assume greater responsibilities, the Company conducts in-house training and enlists recommended employees based on potential in external seminars conducted by various learning institutions.

In 2018, the company conducted programs aimed at training and keeping its employees engaged starting from the leaders. Programs such as Coaching, Behavioral Interviewing, Problem Solving and Decision Making were conducted to further develop the leadership skills of supervisors and managers.

Highlighting 2018 were two major employee engagement programs – the FLI Family Day at Manila Ocean Park and the FLI Greatest Filinvest Show Christmas Party – which allowed employees to bond with their families and work colleagues. Thematic engagement activities for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and Halloween were also held to provide fun and entertaining respites for the hardworking employees.

• With Bachelor’s Degree
• With exposure in conducting market research & competitive survey, feasibility studies
• Knowledge in Brand Management and Digital Marketing
• Analytical skills
• Above average speaking and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office
