Your responsibilities

• Provides monthly summary and analysis of sales performance for Brokers Group and In-house Sales
• Secures timely reports to the management as but not limited to Sales Data, Sales Performance and Incentive Performance, Tripping, and Expenses
• Monitors Sales and Marketing Budget versus actual performance, including implementation and effectiveness
• Communicates sales report to the concerned team or department
• Facilitates Competitor Scanning by regularly collecting data on competitor's promo, incentive schemes, and other programs
• Develops and recommends promo and other incentive schemes to generate more sales
• Supervises the performance of Sales Support Assistants and Coaster personnel

About you

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
• Required Skill(s): Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excellent Communication Skills, Analytical, Able to handle multiple tasks without compromising the quality of work and cut-off time
