Your responsibilities

Training and Engagement

• Brainstorm initiatives that enable connections and reinforce company values
• Support logistics and ops needs for internal events and activities
• Contribute and help out on corporate newsletter and other internal communication projects
• Get involved in strengthening people brand for HR and TA teams

Admin Tasks

• Support the team in the training activities, such as logistics before, during, and after the virtual and in-person training, team building, and team bonding sessions.
• Help in improving onboarding training slides and other self-help modules.
• Other administrative tasks related to training.
