Your role & responsibilities

As a Sales and Design Technical Associate at Focus Global, you will be part of a team of talented designers who transform ordinary living spaces into luxurious abodes. They are seeking a highly creative and skilled individual who can support the Senior Sales Designers in delivering an expert touch to high-end home interiors.

• Assist in showroom sales, engage with potential clients, and showcase the premium products and services
• Attend to client inquiries and concerns and provide excellent customer service to ensure a seamless experience
• Manage daily run-throughs of tasks and monitor the progress of accounts handled by the Senior Designer
• Collaborate with the Senior Designer in advising clients on various interior design factors, including space planning, kitchen equipment layout, home furnishing designs, and color coordination
