Your responsibilities

• Contact existing vendors on Foodpanda to enroll them in the Panda Pick program by informing them of its benefits
• Answer questions about the Panda Pick Program, other products of the company, or concerns (within reason)
• Ask questions to understand vendor needs and close sales
• Track, update, and maintain the master list of all progress and remarks of each call made to the vendors
• The process required documents to formalize a closed sale
• Provide insightful feedback to further improve the Panda Pick Program and its benefits and offers
• May need to do other ad hoc tasks related to the role such as but limited to coordinating with other departments, reporting, and improving processes

About you

• Great interpersonal and communication skills, strong negotiation and selling skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• Keen interest and a good understanding of building relationships with clients
• High level of enthusiasm, commitment, and strategic perspective 
• Works well in fluid environments and is a self-starter with minimal supervision needed
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Proactive and solution centered
• Familiar with GSuites (specifically Sheets) and Excel
• Required language(s): English and Filipino, local dialect depending on the city
• Must be an academic-required internship.
