Job Description

• Manage end-to-end testing of the project
• Participate in the design and planning process with stakeholders to understand the scope, risks, priorities regarding quality
• Assist resource allocation actively and prioritize jobs in collaboration with team leads and project managers
• Confirms estimates and prepares testing timeline as part of the technical implementation plan
• Prepares detailed test plan based on the project's business requirements and technical implementation plan and detailed functional specifications
• Facilitates identification of test scenarios and test cases
• Performs systems acceptance test and performance testing kick-off
• Prepare and execute user acceptance testing
• Resolve escalated testing related issues
• Facilitate sign-off of user acceptance certificate
• Ensures availability of certificate of completion for every testing phases
• Review testing process for continuous improvement
• Provide testing status report, timely communication and reporting of QA projects status to participants and stakeholders
• Perform initiatives to improve testing coverage, test automation and test efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Information Technology or any related course
• With experience in technical documentation and quality assurance process is preferred but not required
• With experience in creation of test cases, user acceptance testing, regression testing, functional and non-functional testing;
• With experience in automation testing is a plus
• Highly familiar with Software Testing Life Cycle, Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodology
• Willing to be assigned at LIIP, Mamplasan, Binan, Laguna
