Your role

• Assist in the group's communication, culture, and change management initiatives.
• Help execute appropriate programs that drive group strategies and culture fulfillment.
• Will support people and culture programs but not limited to the following tasks:

1. Create video presentations and marketing collaterals.
2. Logistical requirement arrangement for people and culture programs.
3. Maintain chatbot as a communication channel.

Training & development

Globe learning and development programs help upskill the workforce.

• Newton - an online learning platform that provides employees access to a wide range of eCourses which they may take at their own pace and time to support their professional development.
• Globe University - the company’s training arm, focuses on creating and providing collaborative and diverse learning experiences to enhance the capabilities of all Ka-Globe.
