  • The management is very supportive. They empower the employee to manage their own deliverables and tasks at their own pace and work style within the agreed timeline and acceptable business process. The company rewards employee who excel and provide impactful contributions.

  • Since back office is handling entire APAC region, workload can be overwhelming at times

The applicant would be screened first by HR and whoever gets shortlisted will receive an interview invitation. The interview depends on the level of position that needs to fill in and the urgency of requirements; normally two to three interviews including the final one is observed to decide and select a successful applicant.

Working hours are manageable with a few situations you'll be required to work extra hours i.e., Global Project, Annual Audit, etc., These are expected and you'll be able to enhance your time management skills and work prioritization. The company has a 2-day work-from-home setup even before the pandemic started. This is well-accepted and appreciated by the employees.
