There is plenty of time to learn, grow, and explore your field of profession. There is an air of professionalism, and employees are courteous and respectful towards each other. The company is fair when it comes to working hours, and makes sure all overtime is duly accounted and paid for. You work during your specified work hours and are not expected to exceed these hours unless required so (for special cases where the project requires it).

In the office, we work independently, and no one is micromanaging anyone. If you ask your seniors or someone higher, they reply as much as possible and with courtesy and respect. After office hours, the seniors or co-workers love to go outside for dinner or to drink with everyone they can invite and have some enjoyable time to build rapport.

The respect is always there. Teamwork and cooperation are great. In terms of seeking help, part of the team or not as long as they are knowledgeable about your concerns, they are always open to help. Bonding with colleagues is cool as you'll get to know each other and have an opportunity to learn from their experiences.

In the office, the employees are working for their projects. After hours, some take a rest while some are still working depending on the project. Every employee has a reporting manager and project manager. Everyone has a task in their projects and they are working together to achieve a goal. When someone has issues or problems, other co-workers are helping them. Unity and kindness are the culture of this company.

The culture inside the office is very professional while maintaining the friendly environment also. In the office, there is a support culture where each employees support on another in every struggle may it be in the project or outside project. Most of my colleagues understands work life balance, when it comes to working everyone is focused and when it comes to after hours activity we tend to talk about things unrelated to our work. Our manager encourages us to unwind after working hours and weekends, he even tends to come up with extracurricular activities that keeps us entertained.

It can be challenging to maintain a sense of camaraderie and connection among colleagues, particularly in a night shift environment. Before when I was still new in the company, people were into a lot of activities. But as the years went by, people especially in the night shift have just simply drifted apart. It seems nobody is into activities or getting to know to each other.

I can't say much on the company culture in the office since from the day I got hired in 2020, we are on a remote setup and just this year that we're required to be in the office for at least 2 days per month. But I do believe that the company is doing its best to maintain camaraderie between employees as they are making efforts in organizing company events such as Company outing and Christmas Party. The Company also supports each department to have milestone celebrations and quarterly team building.
