What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
The salary could use some adjustment. The cost of living in Manila is expensive and a small increase would come a long way for us. Other than that, there are plenty of benefits that the company offers, from fitness, telework allowance, to flexible benefits.

Right now, I think they need to align their pay from other companies outside. I think it is a little bit lower than other companies are offering. I'm grateful for other perks like reimbursements and etc.. But I think compensation needs to be adjusted also based on the market right now.

We have the perks per fiscal year to reimburse anything we want at a certain price limit, except for alcoholic drinks and the likes. Also, they provide health insurance, as well as, life insurances. They also give free meals every week. Provides assistance to learning and development activities. One of the best perks in the company is the wellness reimbursement where we can reimburse 50% of the price we purchased, it includes gym fees, massage sessions, mental health consultations, and many more!
