Your role

Human resources (HR) interns provide valuable support in carrying out the day-to-day HR activities of an organization. They maintain the accuracy of employee files, organize and screen CVs and resumes, manage job ads, and assist in the implementation of company policies.

Training, development & rotations

They are given extensive learning and development opportunities, such as overseas training programs and external modules that expand their skills and contribution to the company.

Career progression

They are encouraged to seek new challenges through concepts like the New Honda Circle (NHC), a discussion forum for quality and productivity, and KAIZEN, a suggested medium for continuous work enhancement. About you

• Currently taking up Behavioral Sciences related courses (i.e., Psychology, Human Resources Management, Organization Development, etc.)
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (i.e., Word, PPT, Excel)
• Passionate to learn one or various facets of Human Resources Management operations
• Must have a keen eye for detail, and good communication skills
• Willing to be deployed in Sta. Rosa, Laguna
