Recruitment Process

  2. i-Bridge representative will acknowledge your email application and will inform you should you become short-listed.
  3. For shortlisted applicants, you will be scheduled for the following:
    1. HR Interview (Online or Face to Face)
    2. Technical Exams (Online or Physical)
    3. Technical Interview (OL or F2F)
    4. Final Interview (OL or F2F)
  4. Successful applicants will be invited for a face to face Job offer meeting.
  5. Deployment & On-boarding.

Remuneration & Career Growth

We provide:

  • Hybrid work arrangement (twice a month reporting to office)
  • HMO and Leave benefits upon regularization.
  • Unused Leave credits are convertible into cash at year end subject to taxes.
