Your role & responsibilities

• Documents incidents in required tracking systems.
• Responsible for additional follow-up, testing, and troubleshooting including remote desktop viewing through tools such as Webex or Net meeting.
• Responsible for appropriate referral to other support and quality assurance areas.
• Responsible for providing After Hours support coverage for critical incidents to customers in evenings, weekends, and Infor Holidays, as well as, special events support.

About you 

• Knowledgeable in Java software.
• Good working understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of Web-based technologies – XML, HTML, JavaScript (jQuery) JSON, LDAP.
• Knowledge of Web Servers: IIS 8.0, IIS 10.0 & popular Web Browsers is nice to have.
• Familiarity with SQL Server 2012, 2014, 2016 (Install, troubleshoot, debug, execute SQL queries, read logs).
