What's your job about?

Who doesn't appreciate exemplary assistance? I work as a Sales Executive at ICS and am responsible for providing solutions to startup companies, especially those with budget constraints or project-specific needs, to name just a few. I oversee the utilization of all ICS assets, ensuring profitability. My primary responsibilities include generating leads, achieving the division’s objectives, and maintaining strong relationships with our esteemed clients.

What's your background?

Initially, I aspired to become a special education teacher, but the college I applied to had no vacancies. Another avenue I considered, deeply rooted in the realm of technological advancements, was the one I chose. My older sister was employed at ICS, which inspired me to apply for an internship in the marketing communication department. There, I gained invaluable insights into corporate marketing functions. For the most part, I garnered a comprehensive understanding of the professional environment and learned from hands-on experiences. Fortunately, I was chosen for a role in the customer services division. In that capacity, I collaborated with multiple teams, deepening my understanding of ICS's operations. I gave my utmost to ensure our team's objectives were met. As Albert Einstein once said, "The only source of knowledge is experience." I realized learning is unattainable without action.

Could someone with a different background do your job?

Absolutely! We possess more innate talents than we often recognize. Anyone can succeed if they are willing to embrace opportunities and face challenges head-on.

What's the coolest thing about your job?

Interacting with a diverse array of individuals, especially when business interactions evolve into deeper partnerships. Collaborating and surpassing client expectations, followed by their acknowledgment, are moments of pure satisfaction.

What are the limitations of your job?

In a rapidly advancing technological landscape, consistently offering identical or similar technologies to meet every client's demand can be challenging. However, our team consistently devises alternative solutions that cater to clients' unique preferences and circumstances.
