Website Manager (Start ASAP)

Job Description

As the Website Manager here at Intelligent Technical Solutions you are responsible for managing the ITS website. The main duties include managing website upgrades and changes, evaluating and tests website performance, and overseeing the functionality of the website. They must be able to optimize the website based on data gathered and analyzed. They must have an analytical mind and a detailed understanding of SEO. They must have great attention to detail, and outstanding problem-solving skills.

Job Qualifications

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Working knowledge of HubSpot CMS.
• Working knowledge of HubSpot HUBL, JinJava/Jinja.
• Working knowledge of SEMrush, Lucky Orange, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), HubSpot, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console.

Job Responsibilities

• Monthly review of Google Search Console.
• Perform monthly audits and reviews of SEMrush site health.
• Perform SEMrush position tracking review monthly.
• Review of Google Analytics 4, twice a month.
• Bi-monthly review of HubSpot Analytics.
• SEO audits.
• Backlog setup.
• Experiment configurations - run experiments on website elements to continuously improve website user experience and conversions.
• Backlog and experiment review and updates.
• Schema.
• Perform behavioural data review and create hypotheses for optimization.

Job Maintenance

• HubSpot certifications.
• SEMrush certifications.
• Google certifications.

Job KPI's

• Site health at 95%.
• Errors <20.
• Warnings <100.
• Notices <100.
• Crawlability >95%.
• Core Web Vitals >95%.
• Site Performance >95%.
• Internal Linking >90%.

Requirements

• A home office set up that meets the following:
  • A working computer (minimum 8gb RAM), i5, Windows10, MacOS BigSur 11
  • Stable internet connection (at least 5mbps download and upload)
  • HD webcam/camera
  • A quality headset with noise cancellation feature for meetings
• A mobile phone that has the capacity to install the Microsoft Authentication app.
• A very strong cultural fit the ITS way (Our core values will be discussed during the interview).
• Able to work full time 40 hours a week - 1 PM to 10 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) from Monday to Friday.
• Able to pass our online behaviour and cognitive assessments.
• Able to provide NBI Clearance (for PH applicants).
