Your role & responsibilities

You will be mainly responsible for providing support to markets serviced by JNJ Global Services- Manila. This position reports to the Cash Application Senior Team Lead. 

• Work on continuous improvement programs to standardize and improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience across various entities. 
• Help manage audit requirements alongside CA Accountants.  
• Support monitoring KPI results to meet the Service Level Agreement commitments and deliver high-quality service.  
• Other ad-hoc tasks are assigned by the Senior Team Lead.

About you

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related courses 
• Good command of English, both oral and written 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office  
• Teamwork spirit and can work under pressure 
• Result-oriented, able to succeed in a deadline-oriented environment 
• Learning agility, and adaptability to change with a growth mindset
