Your role

The Talent Development Associate is a response to focus on increasing the level of relevant skills and knowledge within the organization's workforce through the provision of training and learning support to staff and managers.

• Scoping of multimedia support requested by main clients HR (and other departments from time to time)
• Coordinating and collaborating with the program owner(Talent Development Team) in planning and designing E-Learning material
• Crafting of storyboard, shot list, planning, and coordination of the logistical requirements for the multimedia production process
• Executing E-Learning design using the most suited authoring application (Articulate and Adobe Suite)
• Coordination with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and administrators to fulfill the E-Learning publication process using such platforms
• Participation in regular and ad hoc meetings which are essential in the proper scoping, work planning, production and post-production, and execution of all multimedia output
• Providing and performing multimedia and production support in company events, pre-event, event proper, and post-event activities and tasks.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are open to apply
• With basic video creation experience
