Your responsibilities

You’ll analyze and present key performance metrics for senior managers. Working with teams such as Strategy, Digital, Cyber Security, Operations, Finance and Risk Management and Controls, you'll help to drive change by identifying ways they can improve and have ownership of initiatives through to completion. You'll develop an understanding of the key principles of project management, engage with business stakeholders and work on compliance or regulatory initiatives across businesses.

Training & development

You’ll start with two weeks of training that overviews the firm, its businesses and the industry.  They also offer networking opportunities for you to begin meeting colleagues across the globe and opportunities to hear from senior leaders. You'll have access to their dedicated global program management team that coaches and supports analysts throughout the two-year program.

About you

  • We’re a global company whose primary business language is English and so fluency in English is required 
  • Pursuing a degree qualification with solid academic background and expected graduation between September 2023 and July 2024 
  • Available to start full-time employment from July 2024 onwards
