Meralco Talent Resourcing team will screen applications, and shortlisted candidates will receive an invitation for initial interview and assessment via email or SMS. As a TIP, applicants should regularly update their contact details. The assessment is conducted online, as well as interviews (of which, levels may vary depending on the role you are applying for). Successful candidates who passed the interview will be notified and shall be invited to complete the pre-employment requirements.
