Your responsibilities

• Documents change/project plan activities to ensure that the strategic change portfolio projects are properly coordinated. Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management (including training, development, and deployment) activities into overall project plans
• Create, contribute, and develop communications, impact design, and training plan up to supporting its delivery
• Assist with the creation of a change management strategy and plan, apply a structured methodology, and support change management activities
• Refines project execution and plans using change/project management standards while cultivating best practices to reinforce the Change Management Playbook including assessment of the change impacts of new initiatives from a process, organizational, communications impact, and training required.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts like problem-solving sessions, process re-engineering, etc.

Compensation & benefits

Entry-level roles such as analysts and associates may earn between Php16,000 and Php22,000 per month. The company’s benefits package includes:

About you

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree
• Lean / Agile Certifications are a plus
• Project Management and delivery experience
• Any other process improvement certifications
