About Maxim Integrated

Maxim was established in April 1983 by a group of ten coworkers. By 1993, Maxim had introduced over 600 new chips and was selling its products to more than 10,000 customers around the world. In 1994, Maxim diversified its operations, brought out 140 new products, and planned to increase that number every year.   

In July 2020, Maxim merged with Analog Devices Inc. (ADI) to ensure a better future for the company. By bringing together the best engineering and the best people to grow at a larger scale, both companies will benefit from the merger.

Your role

  • Work with HRBP’s and client’s groups on resolving employee issues, concerns, and grievances.
  • Facilitate and support open communication and dialogue among employee groups, keep meeting minutes, and track issue resolution.
  • Makes sure communication programs are regularly conducted and continuously follow-up on open items discussed in all communication programs.
  • Conduct new employee orientation (both organic and contingent).
  • Facilitate disciplinary actions on erring employees for corrective discipline. 
  • Collaborate with legal partners to conduct employee case interviews and write an investigation report.
  • Collaborate with the HRBP’s and client groups to develop employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Conduct employee counseling;
  • Put in place employee engagement programs for each client group;
  • Conducts employee surveys and exit interviews to identify problems and solutions.
  • Execute employee events/activities as assigned; and
  • Do other projects as may be required by HR/ER management. 
  • Review and update the Philippine HR policies.
