The target learner groups cover all practitioners, across skill levels and paths, from new joiners to team leaders and partners.

What You'll Do

You will work together with learning leaders and colleagues to execute against practices’ learning priorities, supporting firm wide capability building for client service professionals affiliated with the practices of the Pack. You will be planning and executing on learning programs that are relevant for all pack members. You will also work with learning design and technical experts to explore learning management software to develop new and high quality on demand training modules (e.g. Rise, Quick starts, or C-Suite life modules).

You will support in-person learning programs as the firm anticipates an increase in running live programs (both in-person and virtually) in the coming period. While the design and delivery of these programs will be primarily be led by the industry practices, large programs may need additional support either in advance or on-site. You are likely to be involved in a (small) number of in person programs per year.
