Global Operation Coordinator

Job Overview

You will be based in our Tampa, Waltham, Manila or Phoenix office as part of our Digital practice management team and community with whom you will collaborate on cross-Digital and Analytics topics.  You will also work with our People & Recruiting functions, Alliances & Acquisitions, CST leaders and more. You will work under the guidance of the Global Director of Strategy & Operations for Build by McKinsey, together with the Global Build leadership team and in collaboration with the broader McKinsey Digital leadership team. 

What You'll Do

You will work with Finance and People teams to collate the right set of data for “Build scorecard”, including deployment, utilization, gender balance, recruiting progress and more. In this role, in partnership with the Director and regional managers, you will develop and maintain a global and regional repository of documents/qual packs for Build by McKinsey – including impact stories, “ready to deploy” assets, breadth of talent etc. In addition, work with various DNA Service Lines and other cells to ensure that Build value proposition is incorporated into their relevant documents/ qual packs. You will also ensure that Build impact stories are shared often and widely across various channels (regional townhalls, DNA newsletters, intranet, and more) You will also support the leadership cadence for Build by McKinsey – including preparations for our Leadership Team and meetings, inputs (documents, logistics) into broader DNA and regional/Firm Leadership meeting. 

Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• Experience in practice management, client service, or related work at McKinsey is a plus
• Comfort with data analysis – including working with Excel and Tableau
• Combination of problem solving capabilities and very strong execution skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global, diverse team environment
• Strong sense of entrepreneurship, ability to thrive in an agile and very dynamic environment and deal with ambiguity
• Professional behavior that consistently supports our firm’s mission, values, and guiding principles
• Understanding of Digital and especially Tech delivery context and capabilities highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
