Full Job Description

Responsible for Overseeing, Monitoring and Controlling -Audit for Account Receivable -Branch Audit -Inventory Management & ISO Meeting

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Daily 

• Reconcile AR Trade per customer (Manila, Luzon Visayas & Mindanao) Confirm and checks collection details per customer 
• Compares customer copy of cash receipts against office copy per customer 
• Confirm sales invoices outstanding accounts of the customer 
• Verify the authenticity of returned goods slip per customer Coordinates with salesman the discrepancy of sales invoice to collection 
• Assists salesman in collection of outstanding and delinquent accounts Recommend and screening evaluating analyzing verifying charge accounts 
• Conducts frequent follows up with salesman/ supervisor regarding overdue AR/Collections 

Periodically (Weekly, Monthly, Annually) 

• Conducts audit field works 
• Confirm outstanding Bidder's and Performance Bond Reconcile outstanding MDC and Trinity form 325 - returns 
• Prepare audit finding report and discuss to Finance Manager and President Reconcile and confirms outstanding delivery receipt
• Petty cash count of cash versus POS receipt Physical Inventory of on-hand stocks versus POS Inventory Balance Check and confirm on inventory for STS, Borrowed Stocks and Loss and Damage stocks
• Check records on the guard's log book for:
  • Time on store opening/closing
  • Personnel attendance for in/out including salesman and sales supervisor including MCTC employee from main office *
  • Recording of borrowed stocks with official document with approval Check company fixed assets Ocular inspection within the branch building Attend and present AR Management and Risk Management Meeting

Educational and Special Training

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Licensed CPA is an advantage.
