Read moreResponsibilities:
- Creating cases of each issue reported by the client as needed and following the case to the resolution.
- Answering support calls/ messages coming from clients.
- Work on client system-specific updates and management of dependent hardware and software.
- Work on integration with third-party application installation and maintenance.
- Communication with stakeholders (BA, QA, Dev, Client-pharmacy owner) in regards to issue query or enhancement.
Requirements:
- A graduate of any technical related program (Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, etc.)
- Fresh grads are welcome to apply
- Experience or at least basic knowledge in handling networks and SQL
- Good English communication skills since this will involve client communication
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must prefer to work in the graveyard shift (10PM-7AM PHT)
- Residence in, or willingness to relocate to, Cebu City
