- Handle end to end recruitment for US clients
- Sourcing and screening of candidates
- Invite candidates and administer tests
- Directly communicate with US clients for manpower needs
- Send daily, weekly, and monthly productivity reports
- Schedule applicants for interviews with requestors
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Psychology, Human Resources or any related course.
- Strong English communication skills in oral and written
- Knowledge in Google and Microsoft tools
- Must be willing to work in a graveyard shift.
- Efficient in scheduling interviews with different time zones
- Good time management skills
- Willing to work during holidays and weekends
- Willing to work in our IT Park office.
