Customer Service Representative - Blended Account

We are looking for candidates with (Customer Service Representative) working experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming customer calls and providing excellent customer service
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Gathering and documenting customer information accurately
• Identifying sales opportunities and promoting products and services to customers
• Providing technical support to customers as needed
• Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
• Following company policies and procedures for call center operations
• Meeting and exceeding performance metrics such as call quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate - has at least 6 to 11 months of BPO experience
• College Graduate - No BPO exp required
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
• Good to Excellent English Communication Skills
• Fully Vaccinated
